Returns
Adhoclondon.co.uk will accept your returns or exchanges within 14 days of original purchase as long as the items returned are in their original condition including tags.
If we are not satisfied that the returns haven’t been worn or are not in their original condition we will refuse a refund and send the goods back.
Intimates and swimwear are final sale due to hygiene reasons.
Shipping costs will not be refunded unless there has been a mess up on our end.
We recommend that you post any returns with a traceable service in case of loss or damage back to us. If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.
THE LEGAL BIT
In the rare case an item is mistakenly listed , Ad Hoc reserves the right to refuse to sell the item at the listed price. Please note that upon placing an order, an email is automatically mailed confirming the purchase intent. This email does not constitute a contract, and orders may be cancelled at any time due to insufficient stock, inability to authorize a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent intent, discovery of an incorrect item price, or any other reason as we see fit. Ad Hoc has the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged and your order is cancelled, Ad Hoc shall issue a refund to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
